What is Risk Management
Risk Management can be considered as the identification, assessment and prioritisation of risks followed by co-ordinated and economical application of resources to minimise, monitor and control the probability and/or impact of unfortunate events.
Good risk planning and management will often involve other parties and stakeholders in the business. Professionals such as solicitors, accountants, insurance advisers, bankers etc., may be involved to ensure all these aspects are considered.
